How does the QR code video photo book work?

We create a personalized QR code that links directly to your private YouTube photo book. Simply scan the QR code with your phone anytime you want to revisit cherished memories.

 

What items will I receive?

Depending on your choice, you'll receive a framed poster, access to a QR code video album, and an installation tool.

 

How long does it take to receive the final poster?

Within the US:

Orders typically arrive within 7-14 days. Please note that during holiday periods, shipping times may be extended.

International:

Orders are estimated to arrive within 10-24 days. Expect longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons.

 

Can I request a design or information change?

You can request changes to your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please note that all of our creations are made individually for you, and we can’t exchange or cancel your order once our artist has begun working on it. After delivery, our work will reflect the style you selected. If you’re looking for a fully customized poster, we’re here to help—just reach out to us directly!

What is your refund policy?

Changed your mind? If you need to cancel or adjust your order, you have a 1-hour window to do so. After that, we will do our best to accommodate any requests, but please understand that our artists often begin working on orders right away. Thank you for your understanding!

What sizes of prints do you offer?

We offer various sizes for both digital and physical prints. You can choose the size that best fits your space when placing your order.

Can I choose the style of my poster?

Absolutely! You can select from our range of artistic styles, including Modern, Classic, Retro (Pop Art), Pet Memory, and Love Memory. Each style can beautifully enhance your home décor while honoring your memories.

How do I submit my photos and contents?

When placing your order, you can upload your photos directly. For the framed poster, please upload your favorite high-resolution image. For the QR Code Video Album, upload 1 main picture for the poster and 10-20 additional pictures for a short video album. Don’t forget to fill out the name, date, and one or two sentences to personalize your memories before adding to your cart!
